This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted by Fragglerz OÜ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with esports training and education services offered through our websites (“Website”).
We operate in compliance with the consumer protection laws of the European Union, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services that have been fully performed if the performance began with your prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
By booking and commencing a training session with a Trainer, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the session has begun.
2. Discretionary Refunds
Refunds outside the statutory right of withdrawal are granted solely at the discretion of the Company. Discretionary refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a booked session could not be provided due to the fault of the Company or Trainer.
- If there were substantial service failures or errors directly attributable to the Company or Trainer.
We are not obliged to grant a refund in any other circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Customer no-shows or late arrivals.
- Customer dissatisfaction with the Trainer’s teaching style, game outcomes, or personal expectations.
- Technical issues on the Customer’s end, such as internet connectivity problems.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the scheduled session date. Your request must include a detailed description of the issue. We may require additional information or documentation to process your request.

4. Processing of Refunds
If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued using the same method of payment originally used for the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the approval of the refund request.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any revised Refund Policy.
