• “Trainer” refers to the high-ranked esports players offering training, education, and competition sessions through the Website.

1. Services Provided
The Company provides an online platform where Customers can book and schedule training and educational sessions with Trainers. These Services are intended for personal improvement and educational purposes within the field of esports.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to act respectfully and civilly toward both the Company and Trainers. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of access to the Services without refund. The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes inappropriate behavior.

4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. The Company may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the Company to charge the designated payment method.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are provided on the Website at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the stated policies may result in forfeiture of payments made.

11. Tokens

Bookings on this website are paid for with Tokens, which are tokens that you must purchase before booking. 1 EUR = 100 Tokens. Tokens are valid for 12 months after purchase and then expire. Tokens cannot be transferred or exchanged for anything other than bookings on this Website, nor may they be resold.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia.
